I bought at an thrift store because I thought it so cute with the dog face Im guessing in the middle. I dont know the name or maker of but would like to know.

Interesting chair. I wonder why you happen to call it a doll chair? There were a number of companies that made miniature chairs special for children. This is a balloon back and the way the legs and front feet are it makes me think British made possibly. The carved face being at the bottom suggests the same to me. American companies like Tell City furniture usually put their carving top center. I will look at some of my sites I have bookmarked and see what I find. If you could provide some measurements it would be helpful.
