This 12" long military what ever stick thing mabe crop ???? Is another tip find , the bottom looks to of had tassles of string or cord ?? Mostly gone , the top looks like silver , maybe plated has an embossed crest of a cannon with writing above and below in banner type shapes the stem is brown leather bound and stitched.. the writing says-UBIQUE which means 'everywhere' then QUO FAS ET GLORIA DUCUNT which means 'whither right and glory lead' , this was from THE ROYAL REGIMENT OF CANADIAN ARTILLERY..
Funny that it turned up at a tip in south west UK..
from checking on the net I found that it couldv been made before 1832 but am really unsure so if anyone knows more about these items I would really appreciate hearing your comments..
