Has anyone any idea what this is and any historical facts.It appears to be solid steel and has tribal-looking markings as decorative details. I inherited this. Also there is another mark stamped inside which appears to be a W or M, however the symbol could be held in an east or west direction making it a symbol rather thana letter. It looks like a necklace and does unhook in the back.
My family did a lot of foreign travel in the distant past so I have many different objects from all over. This one has me stumped. Any leads would be appreciated.
