These are a variation of the Welz marbled pieces from about 1930. They can have a tango to semi-opaque base with white powders in different layers (like an onion). The pieces must have used a mold or tool to cause the striping to the white applications- there are definitely ridges or ruffles in the design.

I can tie them in to Welz production by the base color on some, the decor on others and the shapes too... If you get a few pieces in the satin flash you can see how distinctive the treatment is... I listed the details of the satin flash finish in volume 1 of this series.

Yeah the color is more milky and the vase more snotty but the shape is the best, so odd
