Signed and dated picture of Col. Harland Sanders

I found this in an auction lot that I bought. It just fell out of a book i was looking though. It does have water marks on it and it is stuck at the bottom onto the glass that was used to frame it, and it has water marks. The inscription says "To my dear friends Delinda and DeRay with every good wish sincerely Col. Harland Sanders 8/25/71". I've looked up other pictures that he signed and they are signed with the same words and the dates were written the exact same way.
