Although it is April, I am still very pleased to have received this vase! I found it in an odd lot of Christmas ornaments for sale that included three plastic Magi, some old candles, two wooden reindeer, and a Christmas tree ornament of a grandma biker that also said 'Born to Ride" - seriously! :) I need to find a new home for the ornaments, but the vase was my treasure.
It is a 10" tall Kralik vase in the Diaspora decor - a decor shift of Loetz Diaspora - and is a deeper forest green, with slightly larger molded spots than the Loetz. It is in gorgeous condition, and has an original bronze (I believe) holly mount with tinted berries. The mount is cast and really quite heavy - it has very nice detail including veining of the leaves. This will be a beautiful centerpiece during the Christmas holiday, but for now is a happy addition to my collection.
