This is a real beauty, promoting Wise Potato Chips. It serves two purposes, a being a pen that also serves as a calendar.
The calendar is accessed by rotating the ring until it lines up with the days of a particular month.
How cool is this?

Dear Ted i see you have a wise potato chip pen.Howard UTT was my uncle he worked very close to earl wise for many years my uncle was one of the first dist for wise.The company was sold in 97 alone with building in cambridge.we have been looking for products that was from the company to keep in family.would you be intrested in selling to me.We also had ash trys calenders/thermomiters etc.we are trying to recover as many items as we can.thanks Tim
