It is funny with these - I am less a fan of the enamelling, and more a fan of the ground colour. Here it is a vermillion again. I would say that the enamelling is interesting but could not be described as containing an enormous amount of depth; such as there is is provided by the deeper hue for the foreground birch in front of coppice with hills behind in pic. 3.
