    'Daum France' Ashtray.

It from around 1960s or 70s, designed by Michel Daum. I believe this is an Ashtray (IMHO). Signed....and I am going to say that I am ONE of those that always looks for a signature on the bottom. This was on the Side!! I had this for a while BEFORE I noticed it was signed on the Side. DOH...to me!!

    Thanks

Very similar to a piece produced by Vannes Le Châtel in the 1960's, Daum produced and signed many "Vannes" items after the companies merged in around 1970. This one probably dates from early 1970's.

Damn that Daum! On the side lol.

Looks very Vannes - they make good weapons as I tell my family.
Intruder - pick up the French glass!

At more or less the same time Val Saint Lambert made triangular designs as well, although theirs were not very big... Except for the candleholder they are not great weapons unless you use them with Ninja precission... LOL
