    I was fortunate enough to find this wonderful nativity scene at my local Salvation Army, and was wondering if anyone had any information about it. The pieces are good sized and have a very old and delicate felt backing on them- it came with the manger, and there are no identifying marks on the pieces. Is this chalkware?

      Beautiful ! Not chalkware it is glazed and fired ceramic from the one close up I can see clear .
