Vintage / antique 925/1000 Fine Sterling Angel Flower details Candlesticks
The bottom is hallmarked but I was not able to even guess what it is.
The details are beautiful.
Please let me know if you recognize these pcs and if you know the age, maker, or value.
Regards,

Ok. I looked at the hallmark again, using a day light, and now I kinda see 2 galopping horses..re-taken pic is uploaded. The hallmark is between the 11117 and925/1000 Fine.
Taking a guess, but I think this is the trademark for Mauser Manufacturing Co., New York, 1887-1903.
Take a look on the 925-1000.com site, left column, the second photo for the Mauser mark:

Beautiful candlestick and "putti" are always sought after by many. No idea as to value but if by Mauser Manufacutring Co. this will give you a start since Mauser made high-quality art nouveau sterling. Factors that affect value: (1) do you have the pair or just one since a pair will fetch more and if only one, it is worth much less than one-half of the value of a pair; (2) is the bottom weighted with cement (I can't tell by the photo, only you can tell by lifting it); (3) condition, condition, condition; (4) silver weight (if not weighted with cement); (5) dimensions.
Solver, thank you so much!!
I have a pair, but the other one has been almost disconnected from the bottom. Hope the fix would be easy. They are 40 grams each, and do not have any cement added to the bottom. They are 6" tall.
