1933 Motor Cycle Polo poster

I found this 1933 cardboard poster advertising a Motor Cycle polo match. What's interesting is that it's from my home town. It does show damage to the top left but most of the image is un damaged. it measures 24" x 18". I have been picking a estate that is full of automobile, gas & oil, vintage sporting equipment. Every time we go there we discover new treasures. this is the fourth trip and the fourth truck load and we find new stuff every time. How rare is something like this? Any info would be appreciated.
