Strömbergshyttan 1930s to 1940s.
Model numbers:
B99, Unknown and B316.
Engraving number is C258 on the last vase B316.
The middle vase has runded corners and curved sides (see pic 3). Also engraved fishes on all four sides (one or two fishes). The vases are 13-15 cm high, but came in varying sizes. B99 is designed 1934-35. B 316 1940-41. The middle vase I don't know the year of design for. Maybe it's a late 1940s or early 1950s, and then it's probably a design by Asta Strömberg? But I guess it's an earlier vase by Gerda Strömberg.
very beautiful vase!!
Thanks Sean!
your welcome rebessin!!
Just a question about the 'engraving numbers' REBESSIN?
C258.
What is the C?
Perhaps you can explain the numbering system too?
I love the four sided vase!
Have never seen anything like it!
That new box of yours is really great!
Love the grey tone that highlights the engraving.
Thanks icollectglass and vetraio! The C stands for the engraved motifs. Not a special letter abbreviation. There is also an F for motifs/patterns wich has more glossy polished surface. These are quite glossy, so maybe they should be called with F instead?
Thanks yet again REBESSIN!
