    Green jar measures about 7 1/2 in tall without the lid and about 10 in with the lid. This jar is square with a round top. the lid seems to be grounded. It looks to be blown glass rather than pressed glass.the opening of the jar is 4in.

      Brandi these were common in the 60s and 70s and were made by many companies. In Italy, Belgium, Japan, US etc. If you are in the States check Wheaton or L.E. Smith, might be one of theres.

      These are often called apothecary jars but were mass produced as kitchen storgae.
