This is a vintage A.W. Faber Castell Pencil Tin - measures 18cm by 5cm
- the tin held #9000 green-coated pencils (which were launched in 1905) and features the "pencil tournament" graphic which was also launched in 1905. - The inside lid has the A.W. Faber Castell - Bleistift-Fabrik AG Stein-Nurnberg brand logo (established 1928) and info in French, German, and English printed in green on a white enamel background. - Tin is circa 1928-1936
