I got this little beauty at an antique mall in Arkansas, unused and still in the box for only $8. This pan handles a lot of big jobs in small portioned sizes just as well as my other pans. But the great advantage of fine quality french copper cookware is the ability to cook fantastically prepared meals with very low heat and accomplish magnificent results without the risk of overcooking or burning the food. I love my french copper cookware! =)
