This pan is designed for quick reductions of stocks or sauces to concentrate their flavor. Other than that, when this beauty isn't on the stove top. This beauty spends a lot of time as a wall hanger in our kitchen. =)
Tom, love all these "copper" cooking tools, I have some Revere ware, but the bottom edge is copper, not the entire outside, dissipates the heat well

Hi Tom, I love Hammered metal. I'm looking ata piece but I don't know if a 7-3/4 inch Old Dutch Hammered copper mold with rolled rim, and nickel interior is worth $25 What do you think?
Aloha Aimers, what does it look like, is it a tiered mold or single level, and where is it made?
Single and marked Old Dutch
Oh...is this online or a store? Online it's about average for a store it's a bit pricey. If it's french, get it & post it so I can see. If it's portugal, korea, etc. see if you can get it for a cheaper price! =^)
Thank you nutsabotas6, Happy Easter to you & your love ones as well! =)
I bought two for $32.75 including shipping. I had to get the crab for my Hubster. We go crabbing several times every year. I bought the other for my shrimp mold. Such a delish recipe! !
I'll post them. Please let me know what you think. I'm sooooo excited to finally have a shrimp shaped mold :D
Thank you SEAN68! =)
