    I may not own this sign, but I love walking by it when visiting St. Augustine, FL.

    "Everything was made by hand, even the nails. Wooden pegs keep the timbers in place. The house appears on the tax rolls for the year 1716, but more than likely it existed years before then."

      I'm with you, this is really cool. To see buildings like this still preserved, and think about the history it has, is mind blowing.

      I wish we (the US) preserved more of our history like this. Going over to europe it's mindblowing, they never tear anything down lol
