pottery jug

This lovely little hand made and painted jug is another car boot find , its 3 1/2 high , painted brown & black stripes which are unglazed with lighter glaze between, the bottom is glazed in a circle Just in the middle, there aren't any marks visible but sutch a nice little quality made jug must be by a known pottery , maybe the darker glazed circle on the bottom is a clue ?? Or maybe the design is known by someone ?? Any info is greatfully recieved
