MONTAUK N.Y MACY'S LEISURAMA SALES PRESENTATION SALES PORTFOLIO

What we have here is a very rare and probably the only one in existence , LEISURAMA SALES PRESENTATION SALES PORTFOLIO. If you are a serious Montauk collector or a collector of the history of home building in the early 1960's then this might interest you. I could have taken many more photos of all the pages but these will have to do since there are so many pages.Some pages that I didn't take photos of show all the floor plans. There are so many beautiful pictures. The portfolio measures 15 1/2 inches in length by 11 7/16th's in width. It folds out to stand, so the salesman doing the presentation would easily be able to turn the pages to show what the the potential home buyer would receive if they purchased a Leisurama home in Montauk. This portfolio either was displayed at Macy's on the 9th floor where they had a leisurama home pre-built for display purposes or it could have been at their building site office in Montauk for the customer to see.
