AMAZING STORY! I met Captain David at thrift store, he is paralyzed on the left side of his body, has trouble talking and drools some. I told him I traveled a lot and said he did also! He asked about Canary Is. and I said yes! Well he was in plane accident there. Worst in the history of the world Two 747 collided! 583 people dead and 64 survivors. David lived and had his camera. The row of seats in front of him dropped into fire below, well I won't get graphic. He took many photos and let a news Co. use them and they of course sold them all over the world and he received nothing but his photo in papers! He took many many photos. jamaica3.com Complete story. He is amazing! If he is disabled well I am dead! He has been to Russia, China well everywhere! And last photo is his Boat and him! He sails alone most of the time! What is Disabled?? David is not, he is brave and has accomplished more than most people! Would I go sailing with him!? Hell NO! I want to live HAHA Don P S Be especially nice to thrift store employees!! His sailboat is jamica3.com

what an amazing story....don't get me started on what ppl see in disability...anyway...just reading the story of what happened and why....awful sad series of events that led up...and only 1977 but I guess that is a long time ago in aviation protocols...

I am constantly suprised by what people achieve and do, and the biggest achievers are usually the ones keeping quiet about it all. Great story thanks.
