An old children book copyright in the United States of America in 1941.
Is a spanish version,124 pages.
Full of magics illustrations as you can see.
I found it in a feria in Montevideo.
I really love it!
Enjoy :)
I started trying to read some of this. Are you sure it isn't more Portugees? Interesting and at my mental level. I'm sure I will get much agreement there.
Isnt Portugues, is spanish version. I speak spanish and only a little of bad english ;) shyyyy!
Well, I guess you know! For 8 yrs, I lived where papiamento was spoken & it is heavier in Portugee than Spanish & some words looked familiar. Of course Spanish is prevalent in many areas where I live. I know enough in enough different languages to get laid or killed anywhere in the world.
I love the wallpaper, furniture and mirror in last photo! And the girls clothes!!
This looks to be a translation of Adventures in the Open published by The Wise-Parslow Company, 1935. Wise-Parslow was know as a reprinter of books originally published by Volland Press of Raggedy Ann book fame. This book seems very similar to many Volland Press books.
Blunderbuss2 , hello, sorry for the delay, yes you have reason.
Spanish and Portuguees have many in common, many words sound similar so sometimes spanish speakers can understand so much when a portugués is speaking.
The same with italian languague.
Te deseo un buen dia! :)
