Saw this at an estate sale, and something kept dragging me back to it. Buying antiques and vintage items is something I`ve done for 30 years but only oil and gas (petrolina) items. It is well put together, still has all the very old straight head screws, but someone painted it white and the seat has never looked right, can anyone shed some light on this?
