1950s Skrdlovice, pattern number 5349 -- Jaroslav Beranek
This bowl is about 2.75 inches tall, and about 5.75 inches wide, and quite heavy. Polished base with quite a bit of wear/age to it. It is a mauvish/purplish color with some twisted swirls in it. Seems to have hints of blue in it too. From about 1950's
....and just some images from Glass Museum there:

Great photos! By the way, is there a label on this blue mauve bowl of yours? I am getting a Skrdlovice vibe. But then I often do!
No label -- There was talk about Skrdlovice for it (??) But it was ID'd by this Czech Glass Book author here, so I would assume he is correct (??)

Lovely. At the moment i keep seeing neodymium glass everywhere, even when its not, lol. I just wondered if this might be?
lol....I was just wondering this too. This pic was taken a long time ago and I never have checked....but I think I will on this one. Raining today, so not a good day for a natural sunshine pic....LOL
Lol, I'm seeing it everywhere. Stick it under one of those new bulbs, that'll show if it is:)
JINDRICH is THE man and ROBERT will know too. I've got my order in!
@vetraio50 - yup your right about them!! Boba agreed with Jindrich on this piece, so I have to go with that. LOL
