These 3 tiny yellow spatters are all similar I that the enamelled flowers are all blue, surrounded by pink or yellow stems and outlines that were infilled with gilding, or gold paint, traces of which remain.
The harebell/bluebell has an inscription in 1930s (?) copperplate "A present from Wolwin Soirnas/Joirnas", rather like the tourist stuff you can still get.
I have seen similar things described as Moser or Welz. I don't know if anyone knows any more?

I have come across similar yellow & white spatter vases, and whenever I have asked about who made them, I get the response from other collectors that it is very hard to tell if they are by Moser, Welz or Harrach, since they all had such a similar version of this decor. Unless they are in a shape that is very identifiable with a particular manufacturer, I think it is very hard to tell. One thing I go on is the quality of enamel work, but of course that can vary so much within a maker, too. I really like your collection with the dark blue enameling - it looks terrific against the yellow, and I haven't seen any like these before. Lovely! :)

I think many a maker used this colouring lots of these have German place names . I once saw an entire collecting just of this colouring for sale in Germany I think well over 100 pieces and all sorts of shapes . It made a very attractive display.
I have a small one like the one in the center of this grouping .

I think >100 would be a bit too much. 6 is enough for me. :-)
