Chinese Embroidery What does it mean?

I bought this chinese embroidery at estate sale this weekend and someone told me it could be costume apron? I sure it tells a story but what? Does anybody have a idea on how old it could be? I buy what I like and my family said this is the scariest thing I have ever brought home. O well I like it.
