Greetings!
I picked this up today. This cookware has a hammered finish with dovetail seam on the side. The base is brazed but the type of seam is not distinguishable. One of the handles is missing. The cookware is 9.5 wide, 6 inches high, with 1.5 inch handle. The inside has been tinned and there is a repair to the crack at the base. Provided the same amature does not attempt to repair this, it should be repaired very easily.
I will be trying to identify this cookware. All comments are welcome.
/thank you for reading.
had a bunch of copper with aluminnnn lined... never used it, would poison ya if you cooked and ate from it even tho they said cure by cooking milk to coat it ...right ...
anyways nice find..
Roy- Thanks. I think the aluminum or stainless lined copper is much safer than copper itself, but if you get a delamination you have to trash the cookware. I understand that tin is more desirable because it can be re-tinned.
