This is a pretty cool little Victorian era creamer in a tortoise shell glass. I have seen this shape before perhaps in a celery vase or water pitcher. I would suspect Hobbs or Phoenix glass as the maker.
It measures just shy of 5 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches across the top.
The clear handle is very thin and undamaged.
In addition, there is a tight crimped top and polished pontil.
