Pink and green lovely - Birmingham 1908

This pink and green lovely is hallmarked Birmingham 1908 (although the "n" is not perfect and might also be a misformed "m" for 1907).
The maker's mark is H..&S.
Henry Perkins & Sons did operate in Birmingham but their mark is very different. http://www.silvercollection.it/englishsilverhallmarks.html does not contain anything similar to this mark.
The glass is mould-blown and has a delicate Art Nouveau lily design at two of the four feet.
