This furniture has survived being on the wrong side of two world wars yet I know nothing about its origins. The carvers initials are B.W. My Grandmother brought it to the United States in 1957. The joinery is exceptional the condition is excellent. There is a bench table and four chairs. All are solid wood although the type of wood is in question. The table top is oak however the remainder of the furniture is too light to seem to be oak. Two other chairs that are not pictured have different carvings.
