Not that rare - they made the "R" model in that body style from 1979 thru 1987. The rare one would be the 1986 "RD" Special model they had that was chome. I would say your's is worth between $300 and $500 depending on the mechanical condition.
i have a 82 that is all org. that runs i paid 350.00 for and i had a 83 that i paid 220.00 for all depends whos selling
