I bought this at a flea market years again the signature groff or graff is on the bottom followed by 74 1974?I never saw another piece like it.. I would like to know its history..its very heavy and when the light shines through it its red!Can you help me ?
I was told the maker may be Graff in New Brunswick..can you speculate on that ?
