Rumor has that West German pottery is always (!) marked. I have nothing to dispute that with...
Picked this interesting fella up yesterday. He has a bit of that LAVA look that I currently find so enticing...but no marks.
There seems to be almost a neon green underglaze. You can see it best on the picture of his bottom...umm...I mean of the bottom. I don't think I got the color right for my photos, camera on a decline I think. Plus it is grey and gloomy here with rain!
