Tom's Toasted Peanuts bracelet

The bracelet consists of 9 links of Tom's peanut bags. The only markings on it are Sterling and the patent number for the clasp, which was made by Do-All Jewelry mfg. co., Inc. of Springfield NJ. It was black when I got it, but I could tell they were Tom's peanut bags. The original finder (from a storage locker) could find no info on the bracelet, and just put it out for sale for whatever price. I just could not resist it! I would love to find some info on it. I have had no luck on the internet. I am assuming that it is some type of service/retirement award jewelry. Hopefully, someone out there can help with the information!
