I must confess, these are not original but reworks.
A few months ago I found a very very small necklace with art deco coral colored glass beads. This sort of beads was typically produced in the Bohemian region in the twenties or thirties. I really think it was a childs necklace because it was so small, I almost couldnt fit it around my neck, let alone someone more...eh into the meat than me. It was just a plain and simple coral glass necklace without any embellishments. But the coral glass was really well made and you almost couldnt tell if its glass or real coral.
So I decided to rework the necklace to make it more easy to wear. I had some black and some clear glass beads laying around, and here you see the result. The only problem was it was a bit too long this time! So with the rest of the beads I made this matching bracelet. I put some old clasps on them, and voila. Its a bit of a rip off because they are remade...but I followed an old art deco pattern and I think they turned out great.
I hope you dont kill me for messing with old jewelry! ;-)
