U.S. Navy Mk-6 Mine Presentation

In 1952 my dad was a chief mineman in charge of mine production at NAD West Loch, TH. He received a call from Rear Admiral Higgins staff to make a presentation gift for the the admiral who was being resigned.
My dad and crew came up with a miniature MK-6 moored contact mine.
A real mk-6 mine, photo to right weights 630 lbs, 300 lbs of TNT, and 34inches across.
