Bought this piece today at a jumble sale,paid $3,the border is made of some sort of plaster,has a few cracks and chips,but the mirror is in mint condition,i would think that it is a european pice,either german or french,and yet again,i stand to be corrected,any more info,would as always be appreciated.
How do you expect help if we can't see the item? A picture of the back would also speak for it. What little we can see it isn't terribly old. All you can see is the mirror and there are no signs of it being silver or mercury backed.
