      Name is sometimes in the underside of the casting or molded into the tires.

      Looks like it may be a Hubley - a view of the bottom would help.

      Measurements would also help - is it a little over 7" long?

      The bottom view would be nice. It might well be Hubley. I never happened to see a real Hubley with this type running board that I remember. I have seen items listed like this as being Hubley for $30 or $40 but that tells a story by itself as to being authentic.
