Rare Victorian yellow gold (14K) Amethyst pin board

This pin board is made of 14K yellow gold and the "buttons" are beautifully decorated additionally inlaid with Amethyst adorned again with a small golden flowers. The pin is a total of 8 cm wide, the buttons themselves have a diameter of 1.3 cm. Through a clever spin system in the back is one of the buttons off so that the pin can be mounted in a board.
All in all a very special piece of jewelry that I have not encountered in this version
I got it really not to use but I intend to let it change into beautiful earrings. The pin can be used for the wires. I doubt I actually think that antique jewelry should remain as they are. But at the same time I also love to be able to wear them myself as wonderful earrings. A collar pin is totally not supported at this time. I would like to hear about your opinion??
