      Looks like Venetian Glass to me...and older Brass??

      Price is whatever someone is willing to pay. But these do command some coin as a collectible. Just check Ebay as that will give you a high/low value. Has yours had any repairs, or is there any crack or break?

      Amazing how these last. It is a Good Score.
