Landstormen was a sort of territorial army/National guard in Sweden. It was formed in the late 1800's and mobilized for the first time in 1914 at the start of WW I. Don't know if the plate is that old or only commemorating the Landstormen but the font and the ornaments really look Jugend-style so I would guess the plate is from 1914 or some years thereafter. The logo is an old one as well.

      OlofZ, great historical information.

C2011, this blog states your commemorative plate is from 1914:

      ebay listing states the same:

A comprehensive forum by Swedish military firearms forum, gundboards dot com on "Porcelain somewhat related to FSR, Landstormen and the Army:"

The Rörstrand three-crown mark on your plate was used 1884-2000.
