    This vase was designed in 1969 and made at Rosice. Like the first one it is 18 cm tall but in the form of a parallelogram. On this one however the relief is concave. Exploring the effects of relief was a constant theme as you will know.

    Pic. 3 shows that the relief is irregular.
    Pic 4 tries to show the effect of viewing one set of lenses through another. Here the vase is upside down. (Needs a better photographer!)

    Seemed neat to choose this as these two pieces are probably Brabec's best known works.

      I have not seen this model before....fantastic!
      The parallelogram is new, and those concave discs are just wonderful. Optics!!!
