This interesting vase with so much going on has a London maker's mark for Hart & Sons. The typescript [n] for 1908 makes this earlier than I thought when looking at the blurred photos (yes, worse than mine).
The fused uranium glass has been laid on and slightly doubles over itself (where the glass is hard to clean). The dust of 106 years, however, at least picks out the technique.
The applied glass has been drawn up into blobs (best seen in pic 3) which have been impressed, possibly by something akin to a tiny formula milk measurer, I would imagine.
The clear glass has been cut with a stylised branching/leaf design.
It is 17.8cm high.

I have a black light which is just a UV bulb but I need some serious lessons in UV lighting and photography!
Hi Ian. Aww shame it would've been great to see it lit up. I only have a UV torch but takes alright pics. I got a proper black light bulb but it didn't work as well as the torch for some reason, I'd have expected it to work better..:-S
