I need help identifying a maker of this 8 inch glass bowl. I do not know much about it. It is clear and heavy. I see no makers mark.

this is another McKee 'tec' pattern called Quintec and introduced in 1910. The pattern has be widely reproduced over the years by Kemple and others. Most recently by L. E. Smith Glass from 1990s and beyond I would guess that this one is likely by Smith.
they say if you fun your hands over it and is sharp it probably early but if not sharp is pressed not as early what do you think TallCakes
that can be true, since as molds are reused over the years they wear down; thus the pattern is not a crisp. Of course, if it is a popular pattern and new molds are made then that process starts over. Also, older glass most often contains manganese, which will have a soft green glow under black light. Whereas most newer glass recipes didn't use manganese.
