    From the 1966 Soldiers of the World series. He is missing one of his grenades (it is around here someplace) and the iron Cross Medal. Also he is armed with the Takara MP-40 instead of the Hasbro version. The Takara version was actually a model kit sold only in Japan and it is much nicer.
    This figure was originally released as the German Storm Trooper but he was quickly renamed the German Soldier.
