majolica fish plates

These are two hand made and decorated majolica fish plates , they are 6" across , both are wired for wall hanging and both signed , one of them has two signatures the other only one??
Maybe potter and painter ??
They look maybe spanish earthenware to me but unsure, I have seen similar called piedmont but they've always been signed piedmont, I would have said maybe 70s ish ..
They are very colourful in very good condition & for £6. At a cbs I thought a nice buy ;-)
Any info on these plates is very welcome and appreciated.
