I am trying to find someone who may know who made this and when ?? it has a tag on the side ? that is coming off, that says neiman marcus. it is heavy and 9 in tall 4 1/2 wide on top and 3 in wide on bottom. it also turns blue in the evenings. it is beautiful, and I want to find it's name. tank you very much. della york
