I found this bowl at a flea market and don't know too much about it other than it's beautiful and made in Italy. I've been doing this for a while now and have never seen anything like this, especially with the snake handles. Please if anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it. Happy hunting!!

This is Italian polychrome crespina, Montelupo or Deruta. I found same art, but different piece on this web page http://www.chinese-porcelain-art.com/acatalog/Catalogue_Italian_Pottery_83.html.

Looks like very fine old Deruta majolica. I would definitely have it appraised. Cheers! And good luck!
