Hope I'm not mistaken , but I believe this is a Victorian Bristol glass vase with hand painted flowers that I picked up at GW yesterday. It's 7" tall. The pink background color is applied over a solid white glass body. It doesn't look painted though. The flowers however are painted and there is a single bud on the back side of the vase. Tiny little sky blue dots surround the top and base. The bottom has a distinctive looking "belly button" pontil. It definitely is very pretty in pink ! -Mike-
