When I was just a little younger I made toast on one of these every morning. Just lay a slice of bread on the griddle and flip it when it was ready. There was always a percolator on one burner for coffee. We finally had electric but no electric toaster so we used the kerosene stove to make toast. My story may be a little before your time. The stove brings back memories of winter mornings.

That is a great memory, My grandpa made biscuits on an old wood stove and it just reminded me of those days.
